We are an Independent Catholic Church.

We are Catholic Christians, just not under the governance of the Roman Catholic Church, which is sometimes referred to as the Western Church.
Instead, we are part of smaller groups of churches throughout the world called jurisdictions. This is similar to Orthodox Christianity,
which is sometimes referred to as the Eastern Church. The "Independent Catholic Movement" within greater Catholicism
has a rich history, especially here in the Americas.

We are with the Reformed Catholic Church (https://www.reformedcatholic.org) Jurisdiction.
We have a Presiding Bishop who is elected to a six-year term at our jurisdictional Synod, which is held every two years.
